American Civil War Research Database - This site already has several Story's listed. There is a fee to access the complete database, but you can search the "Personnel Directory" at no charge. There are currently 307 listings for Story, 70 for Storey, and 8 for Storie. Before you pay for complete access, I suggest you go to "Demo" and then search "Personnel Directory", to see if paid access would benefit your research.

Canadian Expeditionary Force Database - Over 600,000 Canadians enlisted in the Canadian Expeditionary Force (CEF) during the First World War (1914-1918). The CEF database is an index to those personnel files, which are held by the National Archives. There are files for all three spellings of Story, Storey and Storie.
